LAND ACCOMODATIONS

• This is not a contest, lottery or drawing. This offer is a promotion only.  It is not retail sale.
• This vacation entitles you a choice for the different night stays and destinations described in your planner.  Each reservation provides one standard room at a resort area hotel with two double beds (max. occupancy is determined by each hotel). This vacation is valid for up to 4 persons 21 years of age or older.  A parent or guardian must accompany guests under the age of 18. 
• This package is valid for up to 12 months from your date of purchase and requires a 45-day written notice prior to travel.  It can be extended for an additional 6 months for a nominal fee.
• By taking this vacation you agree that you will attend a 90-minute timeshare presentation at the hosting resort.
• If married, both husband and wife must attend the full 90-minute sales presentations together.   Cohabiting couples are welcome with proof of same residence via driver’s license or passport.  Married persons, singles, and cohabitants must present a major credit card and a valid photo ID at the tour reception desk.
• There is a “one-time” reservations fee which will be due when booking the 1st destination in your planner.  Be sure to include this fee with any other applicable fees, when sending your request.
• Reservations requests must be received by mail, fax or internet at least 45 days prior to travel.  Requests with less than 45 days notice are subject to an early travel fee and can be usually accommodated.  Special events, peak season dates, and most major holidays may require additional notice and may be subject to black out dates.  Peak season fees may apply.
• Reservations will not be confirmed without receipt of completed reservation form enclosed, signed by the primary traveler.  Our Reservation Center takes pride and makes every effort to provide accommodations on the dates requested, therefore reserving the right to substitute hotels of equal or greater value.
• Additional nights and accommodations upgrades, including all inclusive vacations to international destinations are available through our Reservation Center at 800-684-2064.   Rates may vary depending on time of year, availability and type of accommodations.  The Reservation Center can also provide discounted theme park and attraction tickets, rental cars, villas and vacation homes, upon request.
• All room taxes, transfers, telephone calls, parking, meals, gratuities and other incidental costs are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
• This vacation is 100 % transferable to another qualified traveler at a nominal fee.  Such transfers must be done in writing and include new contact information.
• This contract has no cash value and is considered void if altered or reproduced.  All Federal, State and Local laws apply, and this document is void where prohibited by law.  Our Reservation Center do not accept responsibility or liability for any damages, expenses or inconvenience due to loss, inquiry and/or damage to any person or property for any cause whatsoever as a result of use of the accommodations or other services provided. Our Reservation Center is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, or national disaster.
• Any cancellations or changes of confirmed dates received prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation/change fee.  We strongly advise that you do not purchase airfare until final accommodation confirmation has been provided.  Travelers who fail to check in on confirmed reserved dates will be deemed as a “no show” and will be responsible for the applicable retail hotel rates.
• ALL reservations are subject to availability.
• This offer is NOT AVAILABLE to: Groups, full-time students, family reunions (three or more families traveling together); Timeshare Industry Employees AND persons who have toured the same Host Resort location within the last 6 months. (If you fall into one of these categories and have been sold this vacation package in error, contact our Reservation Center at 800-684-2064.  You may qualify for a free upgrade to one of our other premium vacation packages).
• “No purchaser should rely upon representations other than those included in this contract."
• “You may cancel this contract without any penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later.” “You may also cancel this contract if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in the contract.” “If you decide to cancel, you must notify the seller in writing of your intent to cancel by returning the certificate and sending notice to: Vacations Promotions AT 6014 US Hwy 19 Ste 100 New Port Richey, FL 34652.” This contract is for the purchase of a vacation certificate and puts all assignees on notice of the consumer’s right to cancel under section 559.933, FL Statutes.
