All condominium units at Summer Bay are fully furnished, from linens to appliances, including irons, hair dryer, microwave ovens, washer and dryer and fully-equipped kitchens. Handicap units are available upon request.

Villa Description:
All 2 bedroom, 2 bath Rental Villas have a maximum occupancy of 6 people, 4 guests private. These units are air-conditioned with a fully furnished kitchen, living room, and dining room. There are guest laundry facilities available on site.
